Papel Picado, meaning “perforated paper,” is a cherished Mexican tradition in which intricate designs are meticulously cut into tissue paper to produce vibrant and decorative banners. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced crafter, this workshop offers an easy-to-follow guide to creating Papel Picado masterpieces.
